Are your TEFA records audit-ready?
12 record checks, every one cited to SB 2 or Odyssey's vendor docs. A few fields at a time, with checks ticking beside you. Nothing turns red until you ask for the verdict.
Runs entirely in your browser — nothing you type leaves this page.
TEFA has no invoice submission
TEFA runs on the Odyssey marketplace: parents purchase your listed offering, you confirm the order was fulfilled, and Odyssey pays you on Net-30 terms. No invoice is submitted anywhere — and Odyssey’s vendor terms prohibit sharing invoices or transaction documents with parents.
What Odyssey actually reviews is your listing, not an invoice:
- Offering title specificity — descriptive titles with session counts, not vague bundles
- Fair-market pricing on everything you list
- Educator credentials, plus TEFA’s own $37 fingerprint check for every person who interacts with a student — even virtually
So use this checker for what the invoice is in TEFA: your internal record. The state auditor samples transactions, and a complete invoice on file is your evidence if yours comes up.
Number and date it
Reviewers reference both, so these two ride at the top of the page.
