The parts that catch people out

The exclusions hide inside the category
Theme-park tickets are reimbursable up to $299+tax, one per student — but parking, food, in-park photos, and premium/express access inside that same visit are excluded. That in-category line is where holds happen.
Reimbursement pays the parent, exactly-named
It repays the family (via Tipalti), and a name that isn't an exact match — nicknames, a middle name as first — goes on hold; 30 days unanswered becomes a denial.
Nothing handwritten
Handwritten corrections or notes on an invoice are denied — reissue the document cleanly.
The real bottleneck is payment, not paperwork
Late and partial payments (90 days to over a year, a 2026 lawsuit) are the documented pain. A clean invoice can't speed the queue — the Tracker is where you watch it.
