Can I get paid in Georgia?

Yes, as an Odyssey marketplace listing, no invoice and no reimbursement. Applications run year round now. The real gate is who you are: tutors need Georgia PSC educator certification and therapists a Georgia license under Title 43. A parent's purchase is the payment request. No fee we've seen.

What you'll need

  • Bank / ACH details
  • Background check / fingerprint clearance
  • Teaching certificate or professional license

A free account fills this in from your own Vault and Settings, and keeps it filled in.

The path in

  1. Register with Odyssey. Georgia accepts service-provider applications year round as of 2026, so there's no window to wait for. Have your PSC certification or Title 43 license ready.

  2. Set up Stripe

    Marketplace payouts run through Stripe.

  3. List your offering

A parent's purchase through Odyssey is the payment request, and you're paid after fulfillment.

Georgia gates on credentials, not paperwork volume. Tutors have to be PSC-certified Georgia educators and therapists licensed under Title 43, and nobody can serve a direct family member.
