Become an ESA vendor in Utah
Utah Fits All · paid through Odyssey. The registration picture, cited to the program’s own paper. Free, no account needed.
Yes. You apply through Odyssey with your certifications, LLC or Inc formation documents, and per-employee background checks. One surprise: Utah asks for a brief analysis of your consumer feedback. No vendor fee we've seen, and creating an account isn't approval, that's between you and Odyssey.
What you'll need
- Business formation documents (LLC / Inc)
- Teaching certificate or professional license
- Background check / fingerprint clearance
- Consumer-feedback / reputation evidence
A free account fills this in from your own Vault and Settings, and keeps it filled in.
The path in
Create your vendor account and hit Start Application. Account creation isn't approval, Odyssey reviews you separately.
- Upload formation docs and background checks
Utah wants your LLC or Inc formation documents, background-check verification for each employee, and the attestation checkboxes. Set up Stripe for payout.
- List your offering
Direct pay is the Odyssey marketplace, so a parent's purchase is the payment request. Your business name becomes the listing name parents see.
Utah asks for a brief analysis of your consumer feedback, which is reputation evidence, not paperwork. Vendors don't expect it, so have a short honest writeup ready.
