The path in
Sign up on the CSF-NH provider portal. You only need a ClassWallet account once you want Direct Pay.
- Set up ClassWallet Direct Pay
Add your bank details in ClassWallet so direct pay can reach you.
- Send an invoice
The family uploads your invoice into ClassWallet, CSF-NH runs a compliance review, then you're paid directly. Handwritten receipts are never accepted.
CSF hasn't published how long payment takes, so don't promise the family a date. Allow a few weeks.
