Can I get paid in Indiana?

Yes, through ClassWallet. Parents upload your invoice, a state specialist reviews it, and you're paid within seven business days of approval. It's a small, therapist-heavy program with high per-student dollars. The fee isn't confirmed.

What you'll need

  • Bank / ACH details
  • Teaching certificate or professional license

A free account fills this in from your own Vault and Settings, and keeps it filled in.

The path in

  1. IDOE has run the program since July 1, 2026, so start at its ESA page. The Treasurer's old provider page is still the fullest provider-side material, but IDOE is the office that decides now. A business applying for its staff files an employee provider list with each person's license or certification and NPI number, plus a fee schedule.

  2. Set up ClassWallet

Add your bank details for direct-to-provider payment.

  3. Send a specific invoice

A parent uploads your invoice and a specialist reviews it. Clear, specific descriptions clear review faster, vague ones draw a follow-up that delays payment.

A state specialist reads every invoice by hand. Vague line items get a follow-up that stalls the seven-day clock, so be specific.
