The path in
Create a provider account, upload your actual credentials (a teaching cert or bachelor's for tutors, a license for therapists), and sign the Individual Service Provider Agreement. NCSEAA says the form takes about five minutes and review runs about two weeks. Do it before you start teaching: ESA+ funds only pay for services delivered after you're enrolled.

You hand the invoice to the parent and they submit it. Don't coach them through ClassWallet, NCSEAA's rules say payment questions go to SEAA, not you.
