Become an ESA vendor in Arizona
Arizona ESA · paid through ClassWallet. The registration picture, cited to the program’s own paper. Free, no account needed.
Yes. You register with an EIN (not your SSN), a W-9, and your bank details, attest that your tutors hold at least a high school diploma, and parents pay you through ClassWallet. The fee is 2%, and ADE's tutoring review is a light self-attestation. Nobody publishes how long it takes.
What you'll need
- EIN (employer identification number)
- W-9
- Bank / ACH details
- Category attestations (provider-type statements)
A free account fills this in from your own Vault and Settings, and keeps it filled in.
The path in
Start at ClassWallet's Arizona ESA page and fill out the Pre-Registration Form. You need an EIN, since ADE won't take an SSN-only application.
- Set up how you get paid
Add your W-9 and bank details in ClassWallet so direct pay can reach your account.
- Send your first invoice
Once you're approved, parents pay your invoices through ClassWallet's Pay Vendor. The 2% fee comes out unless you itemize it back to the family.
AZ approval is lighter than it looks. ADE doesn't run its own vetting for tutoring, so being approved here doesn't carry the weight it does in Texas. Keep your own records clean.
