Yes, but Texas is the strictest door. You register with Odyssey and get reviewed twice, by Odyssey and the Comptroller, per offering. You'll need SOS registration, an EIN that matches your bank account exactly, and fingerprinting for anyone near kids. No family fee, and no vendor fee we've seen.

The path in
Create your Odyssey vendor account and apply per offering. Texas reviews you twice, Odyssey and the Comptroller, so expect it to take a while.
- Get your business and bank in order
Register with the TX Secretary of State (or file a county assumed-name for a sole prop), stay current on franchise tax, and set up Stripe. Fingerprinting is required for everyone with child contact.
- List your offering
TEFA is a marketplace. You list what you offer, a parent's purchase through Odyssey is the payment request, you confirm fulfillment, then you're paid on Net-30.
The tax ID on your application has to match the name on your bank account exactly. Close doesn't count, it's their most common rejection.
